It is somewhat Ontario-centered but it will talk anybody through it. If you do not live in Ontario, just ignore the part about the Ontario_County_Tagger and the Ontario county map. I'm not sure if Windows Live SkyDrive supports hotlinking or not so the link may break. I will change it if it does. Hope this can help somebody out.
