+davonchi
I put by mistake a travel bug "*********" in a cache that I havent found Then I erase my log for that cache thinking my travel bug would come back in my inventory => Wrong... Now I'm stuck. The TB is not in my inventory anymore so I cannot put it in a cache...!! Any ideas? <Edited out the secret tracking number - Markwell> Edited September 2, 2009 by Markwell Quote Link to comment
+MountainRacer
Go back to the main trackable-items page, punch the tracking number in, and virtually pick the bug back up from the cache into which you accidentally dropped it. Deleting logs doesn't make the mileage go away, or move the bug; it just neatens up the log pages. Quote Link to comment
+tango501
or, if you didnt write down trackable number email the bug owner and let them know what happened or, go back to the cache that you did put it in and retrieve bug and log Quote Link to comment
+WeightMan
or, if you didnt write down trackable number email the bug owner and let them know what happened or, go back to the cache that you did put it in and retrieve bug and log The number referenced is the tracking number and so you can just go to the TB page, and retrieve it and place it where it really is. The number on the tag itself should never be put on display as anyone can grab that TB at any time. Quote Link to comment
