+Fuzz Puppy
Hi, I want to buy some tiny ziploc bags -- the ones that are about 2" long -- for keyholder caches. I've also seen jewelry sold in them. Are these generally sold in craft stores, office supply stores, other, or do you usually order them online from a jewelry supply store? Thx. +fegan
Try your local WalMart in the crafts department, or a craft store like Michaels. Quote Link to comment

In Ontario (Canada) Walmart and Michael's sell them but we can also buy them in bulk from the dollar stores. Quote Link to comment
GOF and Bacall
Ask the drug dealer on the corner where he gets his from. Yeah, as they have all been saying, craft stores or departments. There is a store near here that sells jewelry making supplies. They always have 'em. Quote Link to comment
knowschad
Try your local WalMart in the crafts department, or a craft store like Michaels. I will 2nd Michaels. Very inexpensive, as well. While you're there, ask for a "quilling tool" and pick one up for rolling nano logs. Quote Link to comment
+StarBrand
Ask the drug dealer on the corner where he gets his from. .... No - you just worry about that when you have a packet of them open on the passenger seat along with about 20 micro logsheets all rolled up - and thats when you get pulled over ..... lets just say - some Nebraska Patrolman now knows a lot about Geocaching......... +bittsen
I've found e-bay to have great deals on these bags. I second Ebay You can also get them at a local "packaging" store. No, not UPS or Mail boxes Etc but a packaging supply store. Locally we have a store called "Pak Sel" that carries bags of all sizes and shapes. Quote Link to comment
+Chrysalides
Someone recommended http://www.royalbag.com once. I took a look and they had lots of choices, great prices too even after you factor in shipping. Only problem is, you'll never run out of plastic baggies for life. Minimum order is a box of 1000 for the smaller ones. Edit : got the name slightly wrong, though it will still bring you to the correct website. At a slight markup of course. Quote Link to comment
+Ramona Retired Snipe
The cheapest place I've found for these bags are the Gem / Bead shows. (We're lucky enough to have several shows a year here in San Diego) There are usally one or two tables that sell displays and baggies. For ease or immediate need 3rd for Micheals.
