parkmoy
Looking for somewhere to base ourselves for a week with some good geocaching walks nearby. Something similar to the 3 Dales series in Yorkshire which seems to have now disappeared. Daily circular walks would be ideal. Any ideas please? Quote Link to comment
Bear and Ragged
Try Wrighty's walks (and other cachers in the area) Warwickshire/Cotswolds. Just check a map, he does like hills... If a local cacher's log has ABH = Another Bloomin Hill! Edited July 23, 2009 by Bear and Ragged Quote Link to comment
HazelS
Easy - look anywhere that Pop up Pirate has done an event!! He always does a nice walk with caches on - Cotswolds in 2007 was a great one - Philosopher's stone walk - about 5 miles, 12 caches plus a bonus... Think Wrighty may even have adopted them, but I've not checked, so don't quote me!!! Quote Link to comment
John Stead
You could do worse than the series of 150+ caches set by L E G E N D based on the Witton Weavers Trail (WWW) to the west of Blackburn. See the website devoted to the series at http://legend.jeremy-r.com/ Apart from that series there are several others in the area. Quote Link to comment

martlakes
If walking is what you're after, then you can't go wrong by heading for the Lakes. Lots of caches and magnificent scenery. Easy to plan a walk of whatever difficulty and find caches along it. Around Keswick is especially good. More fun perhaps than power trails of generic micros, unless you're after big numbers of course. Quote Link to comment
