Changing the cache type, traditional to puzzle

I put together a puzzle cache but listed it as traditional by mistake. When I go to the edit page, the cache type is greyed out and I can't change it. Is there a way to change it without redoing the entire cache page? Thanks!

... quickly before someone finds it. Most reviewers will not change a cache type after it's been found and logged because then it messes with people's stats. Some people get cranky if you mess with their stats.

 

After it's been found and logged you usually have to archive the cache and list a new one.

Sounds like your reviewer was asleep at the wheel if he/she didn't notice this before publication.

Umm, it appears that this horse left the barn almost two years ago.

What happens next is between the CO and the reviewer.

Sometimes messing with peoples stats is a lesser evil than leaving an incorrectly typed cache standing so future seekers will be aware of the true nature of that cache search.

These days, it would probably be considered a multi cache, rather than a mystery cache.
