Query getting 0 results

I've been doing queries for a couple of months now and I've never had this problem. I enter all my information in (usually just changing the zip code now) and hitting submit query, and it is coming back with zero results. I haven't been doing ANYTHING different than I usually do when I search for my usual 500. What the heck is going on? I am clicking a day to run so I know thats not the issue. Please help, very frustrating when I'm going out of town for a while and I can't get new chahces

I would suggest that you check to make sure that a box or button didn't get unintentionally checked or unchecked.

What criteria are you choosing (exactly)?? - One of us may be able to spot something.

Here is the url of my query. This has worked every week so far, and stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I haven't changed anything.

You have both "I haven't found" and "I have found" checked. You can only check one or the other as a cache can't be found and not found.
