So I told the idiot that I had two other computers linked to my GPS, at that point he did not know what to say. I do not think the idiot even new what a GPS is. Quote Link to comment

You should be contacting your GPS vendor's support for that, not your PC's support. You were talking to first-level helpdesk for HP/Compaq somewhere in India.
