+Kurdogso Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 So...how was it? It was fun to meet the Geoteaming bunch, Dayspring! And the Celtic Cachers. However we didn't realize until we got there that this was a total "walking" course to the caches. Bob is still wearing a walking cast and although we started we opted to drop out after finding just a couple. Rather than wait to see who got the prizes we went and found a couple of caches in the vicinity that didn't include a lot of walking over uneven ground. It was a nice idea, could be a fun introduction to Geocaching. However... REAL Geocachers are much nicer people than prize focused newbies, if you get my drift. Quote
