+res2100
I have seen this on more than one occasion now where people have listed the Toronto 2006 geocoins on ebay that I made and have misrepresented it by saying they are sold out. The most recent one is here. I've emailed the seller, but have gotten no response and they did not fix the auction. I would hate to think someone bidding on this coin thinks that they are getting an item that is no longer available, and at an inflated price. If anyone wants any of the Toronto 2006 geocoins (trackable with it's own icon), I have them available still as follows: $7.50 Antique Bronze $8.50 Antique Silver $8.50 2-tone (3 left) $9.00 Antique Gold (12 left) ...for pictures, see my profile. +rsfish1
I noticed they have at least one other geocoin listed as sold out also that isn't. As a seller on Ebay, this alos makes me mad when people mis-represent like this. Some coins sell out and then come back in to stock and that can be missed. But obviously neither of these coins have ever been out of stock. Quote Link to comment
+sweetlife
Yep! We see that all the time on ebay. Thanks for bringing it up. It is terrible that they have to lie just to make a pretty penny on their auction item. sweetlife Quote Link to comment
+Droo
Caveat emptor. And when you're not dealing with someone face to face you can expect anything. At least no one is bidding on it as yet. Quote Link to comment
