Print blank cache logs from computer

We've made our own in the past but understand that there are already templates available for micros and standard caches but cannot find them. Anyone have a link to a page that has blank logs for micros that we can print out and staple together?

Click on Hide and Seek a Cache on the home page and on the right hand side under Stash Notes there is (132 doc log). Click on this and bingo!

I appreciate the help, but I'm particularly interested in preformatted pages for the logs that people who find my cache, can sign their nick name and date to. The nice ones I have seen have the Groundspeak logo at the top and then preprinted lines for the caches to sign on.

hello: I do not know if you have found an answer to your question yet, but I have made my own with EXCEL. I have friends that have created them in Word. If you will email me through Groundspeak, I will attach one of the ones I have created to help you begin your creation of exactly what you are looking for in a log. I have customized mine to fit my needs and likes. I do not necessarily use Stash Notes but do have information on my log.

I always use these. they have the official logo at the top and come in all sizes. You can even print the lines on the reverse side.
