I've been shopping for a GPS and have found a Garmin Venture Cx for $199.00 CAN. This unit looks great with color screen, WAAS, BlueChart, mapping....etc. Is this unit any good?? I was using that unit and geocaching all the way to the west side (going fishing) It worked for me found quite a few caches.traded bugs and things.lots of fun,almost forgot about fishing. +island_hunter Posted August 28, 2007 Author Share Posted August 28, 2007 I think I have figured it out!! The models that have "H" in them, ex. HCx, have the High-sensitivity receiver!! Now I have narrowed my search down to the Legend HCx or the Vista HCx. Thank you all for helping me choose the GPS that I will be the happiest with! Happy Hunting!! island_hunter.
