+dhenninger
What about a geocoin that commemorates the origin of geocaching? (the newsgroup sci.geo.satellite-nav) I think this would be a good caching-related coin and i am surprised that no one has made one yet. (Unless I missed it, then please move this post to the trading thread ) Any interest? Quote Link to comment
keewee01
It happened already - see this thread Original Stash: 7 Year Anniversary Geocoin I imagine there were others also. Edited June 20, 2007 by keewee01 Quote Link to comment
glennk721
There were 2 coins that are close to this post title. Not sure if these are what you are heading twards ? One by Geoswag representing the GPS Navstar: And also -crake- made the Navstar coin as well. Quote Link to comment

(Unless I missed it, then please move this post to the trading thread ) Any interest? neither of the two above posts really deals with the newsgroup sci.geosatellite-nav ~ the original stash is something that's slightly different. I am guessing this coin would focus on the forum half, not the original stash half. Quote Link to comment
ParentsofSAM
It would be an idea. I guess the newsgroup was really the very geocache listing place. Make and they will buy.... Quote Link to comment
+nooks
It would be a good way to commemorate a bit of the history that is fast fading into oblivion. Cheers, nooks Quote Link to comment
