Team Gryarvold
I am getting ready to upgrade my phone and am looking at the either the blackberry pearl or the treo 680. Which one runs cachemate better since I can't live without it now? Any and all info will be greatly appreciated. Quote Link to comment
Miragee
I think Cachemate works on the Treo, but not on the Blackberry . . . Quote Link to comment
Renegade Knight
Blackberry has it's own Operating System. It won't run Cachemate. Cachemate is for Palm (and now Pocket PC). Quote Link to comment
sodajerk
I run Cachemate on my Treo 650. It is Palm Software. Some new Treo's are not Palm but Windows Software. Quote Link to comment
Team Gryarvold
Thanks guys, so in essence when I get the phone I need to make sure that it runs palm software only. That helps with my decision considerably. Quote Link to comment
Team Gryarvold
Update: I got my new phone a Treo 680 and wow!!!! Love it, love it. The cachemate works great, the screen is easy to see and when I put in the expansion card I can carry all the caches I want to. My husband got the 750 and I have to say that I don't care it nearly as well as the 680. Also I am in the process of updating Delorme which will work with it as well. Quote Link to comment
