+drag-racer
I was thinking I had heard or read that MetroGuide North America V7 does not do autorouting? Is that correct, or am I remembering wrong? Edited February 26, 2007 by drag-racer Quote Link to comment
DogFleazJR
I've had Metroguide USA V4.02 for a couple of years and it works good but some of the road info is a little bit outdated. I have a chance to get Metroguide North America V7 at a pretty good price but was thinking I had heard that V7 will not do autorouting? Is that correct, or am I remembering wrong? If it won't autoroute I think I'll just stick with my older version. TIA......David Metroguide 7.0 will autoroute on your PC but does NOT autoroute on the GPSr. If the map set does not need an unlock code, it will not autoroute on the GPSr Quote Link to comment
strumble
Of course it will autoroute on the unit. This topic has been discussed every other week. It just has to be 'manipulated'! http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php...p;hl=metroguide Quote Link to comment
+gpsblake
Yes, it will autoroute on the unit with a 3rd party hack. You can google the information. But I think you lose some search features on the unit when you apply the hack. Quote Link to comment
+drag-racer
Thanks all. Looks like "manipulating" it is probably more trouble than it's worth(to me). Quote Link to comment
Laurontario
Thanks all. Looks like "manipulating" it is probably more trouble than it's worth(to me). It's not that complicated, Here are some instructions and I found them very straight forward. Quote Link to comment
