+FollowMeChaps
I am arranging an event in the UK which, whilst not a per se CITO event, will be collecting litter (trash to you pond hoppers) and using CITO principles. I have used the CITO logo but just realised that I should perhaps check that this is ok. event page here Can anyone advise please? FMC Quote Link to comment
+MrCOgeo
I would personally say you are fine and in the right especially on a geocaching.com hosted event page, though I am not affiliated with Groundspeak, Inc. and am not a lawyer of any kind. Might also want to look at the Groundspeak Geocaching Logo Usage Guidelines though it doesn't directly apply to the CITO logo it has some good information. Quote Link to comment
+Bolingbrook Joe
Might also want to look at the Groundspeak Geocaching Logo Usage Guidelines though it doesn't directly apply to the CITO logo it has some good information. I seem to recall reading another post recently where Jeremy indicated the CITO logo falls under the same usage as the Geocaching.com logos. Edit: Found it! The thread is old but should the info should still be accurate. Here's the link to the thread. Edited January 25, 2007 by Bolingbrook Joe Quote Link to comment
+Eartha
As long as your are not selling them, or mass producing them you can use it. But you should read the logo usage guidelines linked in the post above. Quote Link to comment
