+The Bongtwashes Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 Does anyone know of a Hint (and other things) decryptor that runs on Palm? Cachemate has a decryptor. There may be others, but I use Cachemate for paperless caching anyway. Quote

I use Cachemate too but I am looking for a stand alone decryptor that can be used for hints picked up in stages of a multi for example. Quote
choccymandm Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 Cachemate has a decryptor. that's what I was going to say! ... however ... have had this link for a download in our favourites for a while but have never used it http://cacheopedia.com/wiki/Rot13 it's at the bottom of the page. Let us know if it's any good. Quote

Tried to download but got a whole string of warning messages eg: Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Access denied for user 'palmspot'@'209.68.2.21' (using password: YES) in /usr/www/users/palmspot/jumpgate/jumpgate.php3 on line 21 I guess the link is broken or the target no longer exists. Thanks for trying Quote

+The Bolas Heathens Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 I used to use on called Hint Decoder on my old Palm but all the links I can find now say it's no longer available Quote
+Just Roger Posted January 23, 2007 Author Posted January 23, 2007 so I went looking for a live link fingers crossed this one will work! ... if at first you don't succeed and all that! That one worked fine - all downloaded, installed and running. Just what I was looking for. Thanks I used to use on called Hint Decoder on my old Palm but all the links I can find now say it's no longer available I'd heard of Hint Decoder and tried googling but, like you, everything said it wasn't available any longer Quote
+Pharisee Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 (edited) I used to use on called Hint Decoder on my old Palm but all the links I can find now say it's no longer available I have 'Hint Decoder' as a zip file. If you PM me with your email address I'll pass it on. I believe it was ''freeware' so I don't think anyone will mind. [EDIT]... just realised that I have your email address, so it's on it's way!! +The HERB5 Posted January 24, 2007 Posted January 24, 2007 This will work on all OS's for when you get a proper PDA ROT13 Decoder Quote
