Serial no and upload problems Help?

I received another Explorist 600 in place of my old unit that I sent in for repair to Magellan. The problem is that I cannot upload regions because Direct Route will not accept another serial no. (I have other Magellans). Is there a file I can delete or modify in the Direct Route folder on my hard drive or will I have to uninstall and re-install Direct Route all over again?
