What is the most difficult cache you have found?

I have found some pretty tough caches even though I am fairly new to caching. Post a link to the most difficult caches that you have found. I think it would be neat to see who has found the toughest.

Without a doubt: Bouncy Bunny's Great Gorge Falls Adventrure wins for difficulty.

 

My Log doesn't really capture the agony. I spent a week on the puzzle, then forged down a muddy gorge on my rear. We spent 40 minutes looking, at times climbing the treacherous sides of the gorge. In the end, it was right back where we started looking.

 

For Terrain, Bear Creek. I like my log for this one.

Thats an easy one, for me:

 

Most difficult puzzle, with some hard rock scaling at the end is The Dragonfly Scroll.

 

The most strenous terrain cache i've found was Return to Scab Island.

Chillin' at Frost Park is probably the toughest one I found. Despite many logged and unlogged attempts, it was six months before someone finally found it. The second person to find it got a hint from the first. Four months after that, I was the third one to sign the log.

 

In retrospect, it's really kind of silly that it took so long ... it's just a needle in a haystack. What made it so rewarding to finally find was that it had defeated so many of the local caching community.

Nine hours, Nine miles, seven sets of coordinates to locate, two major puzzles, five or six lesser puzzles, a maze of confusing trails, river bluff and ravines, up and down terrain, but we did it in one day.

X Marks the Spot - Urban Jungle III was the most difficult puzzle I've had to solve, plus finding the right access point to get back there. Patience is a Virtue is another locally infamous one. I've got the puzzle solved but haven't been able to get out there again to actually go after it - it's all the way on the other side of town.
