silver_2000_tj Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 Just bought a Garmin 60csx Mount and while going down the road the unit vibrates Does anyone else have this problem? I thought I'd get use to it but it bothering me more and more. Anyone got any ideas? Quote
+gnbrotz Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 If possible, position your unit so that it actually rests on your dash and leave one of the adjustment screws just a little loose. I had the same problem with my Legend and that seemed to take care of the problem. Quote
silver_2000_tj Posted December 17, 2006 Author Posted December 17, 2006 Thanks, I'll try that, I have been searching the internet and saw Ram mounts, does anyone have this problem with Ram Mounts? Quote
shivia Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 (edited) I add a piece of foam under the craddle . It greatly helps to absorb the road vibration. Edited December 17, 2006 by shivia Quote
+Ultimate 5 Posted December 17, 2006 Posted December 17, 2006 I have a RAM, love it, but, I have a jeep, so it vibrates to. I just attach it so its flexing the cradle against dash, helps a ton. Quote
