+Ellteejak
Micro, Nano, Pico - I hate all these small caches, mostly because I can not find these things. I can hide 25 micros in a space of 25 feet by 25 feet. And you NEVER EVER EVER find them. I just have a hard time with the point of doing this. I like the big caches that I can place a travel bug in, and extra things. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION is the reason why of caches, and it seems like micors ignor that. Quote Link to comment
+Markwell
Glad everyone's having more luck with their micro bugs that I did. Five caches, thirty-nine days. Quote Link to comment

Perhaps you should actually read the first post in a thread before you reply. That way your rants could be on-topic. Back to THIS thread... I'm not going to put out a super tiny travel bug for the very reason that Markwell alluded to. In my experience, micro caches disappeer quicker. Therefore, TBs made to go in them are at greater risk. +PerryClayton
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION is the reason why of caches, and it seems like micors ignor that. I understand your sentimant, and agree that there are a lot of poorly/uncreatively placed micros. However, I've seen some brilliantly placed micros in wonderful locations where there's no way you could put a regular-sized cache. Also, I've seen some full-size caches in some not-so-great locations. So, I guess I disagree with both you and the OP. I don't think it's about the size of the cache, but, rather, the quality of the cache. Quote Link to comment

So when some starts a thread on why they hate micros, it would be off-topic to post why you like them? After re-reading the OP, I guess the thread is not "Why I like micros" but is instead asking "micro specialist" for ideas on hiding and finding micros, micro finding "gear", and micro sized travel bugs. But the title does make look like an I love micros thread Edited July 24, 2006 by tozainamboku Quote Link to comment
