Just a wee update to the status of this event.

First of all, a a new website is up and running to announce details of this years event and also to act as host to write-ups and photo galleries from previous events. On there you will find details of scheduled activities at this years event and updates as they occur. Please let us know if there are any other details that you would like to see on the web page or, indeed, any other activities that you think might be fun to add to the event. (eg. There has been a suggestion of a 'curry cook-off' on the Friday night. Not sure about the Arthurian connection here but maybe the round table did at one time support pots of steaming vindaloo. Just as plausible as some of the King Arthur tales I'm sure

Secondly, we have applied for the new Mega status and, although negotiations are still continuing, the numbers are the major issue with GS. This may be an ambitious goal but if everyone interested in attending posts their intent on the cache page, you never know what could happen :P

Finally, having been away at the Oxfordshire events for a few days, the list of attendees is perhaps out of date. We will be getting this sorted asap.

Hope to see you all there (or before at one of the many other great sounding events coming up)

Martin, Lynn and Maddie
