....today as a matter of fact. I activated a phone a friend and put it in a new cache I placed today (not approved yet as of 1:40 pm).

I'll be interested to see how long it lasts having heard a few bad stories here about them ending up in collections. I did chain a laminated goal sheet to it so I hope that helps.

Good for you! We have 3 geocoins on the move, 2 USA 2006 geocoins and a Grand Canyon National Parks coin. So far so good, but they've only been out for a month. Time will tell. I hope yours travels well.

We got a couple 'cachehopping' as well (well one is and two others are waiting for the right caches, I found two perfect ones this morning but found I had left all my coins at home before I drove out of state just to sign these two cache logs!).

I have 13 of my own launched out there and more to come soon. I also have a Sweet Lake City coin that travelled all the way from The Netherlands to be launched in the US. That one will be placed into a cache this weekend B)

Great! Maybe if we head south sometime soon we can help move it along.

 

We have 3 USA traveling around Finland.

 

I have coin in Finland too! I activated my PA coin at home and released it in Hawaii, then it went to New Zealand, and now Finland that 20K miles in three hops!

ive got 10 coins out in the wild and another 5 waitng for me to get the time to get them out there and some on order.............. i dont collect coins i just realease them into the wild :mad:
