Is there any way that geocaching.com can do a search to determine who first introduced the term “muggle” to the geocaching vocabulary?

I just used the forum seach function. It was macdaddymd@aol.com who used the word GeoMuggle first.

I was really thinking of "in a log", and probably prior to 2002.

I'd like to know, too. Then we'd know who to blame for that atrocity. The only consolation is that sometimes people don't type it properly and say "No muggers out tonight".

My wife misunderstood the term at first and called them "mugglers". Now it's a joke between us.

Jpjazz posted a log entry Monday, June 18, 2001 mentioning muggles. No other log entries had been entered prior to that. Since that predates most of you young whipper snappers I guess you'll have to deal with it.
