Downloading Waypoints Into C Or Cs Gps

I also second the recommendation of GSAK. It does everything. It unzips the Pocket Query file, allows you to Export to Cachemate, Export to your mapping program, and facilitates downloading the waypoints to your GPSr.

You can use it for free for 21 days before the nag screens start. By that time, you should see how useful it is and will part with the $20.00 easily.

Use GSAK. There is no substitute. Lots of customization to export/load just the pieces of info valuable to you using the various pages in your 60cs.

I also use the same filters/queries in GSAK to create another XML file and then load into MapPoint using gpxExchange to display or print useful caching maps.

Go paperless and GSAK will create CacheMate, HTML, CSV and almost any other format you might need.

Great software and Clyde is very responsive. Worth far more than the $20 registration.

As Neo Geo says, you can tell EasyGPS that you have a 60C or a 60CS. The program doesn't know about the Legend C, so if you happen to have one of those, you have to tell EasyGPS that you have a 60C. The firmware is the same, so it works just fine. It sounds like you have a 60CS, so no worries.
