makerofthingsup
I have had to disable this one while I retrieve the container and restock as I say in the note, but today it was logged as a find when it's not there, how can this be? I obviously meant Log there above. Edited July 30, 2005 by makerofthingsup Quote Link to comment
Bill D (wwh)
Well, it's certainly an interesting approach. Setting off to find a cache that isn't there, then logging it as a find! I'd email them and ask them to change the log to a note. Quote Link to comment
Skippy and Pingu
Maybe they found it just before you removed the cache? Or on a different day and forgot to change the date? Email them and ask them what day they found it and roughly what time. Quote Link to comment
Haggis Hunter
I've just read the log, and they start off by saying - nice cache site pity you had to move it before we got there They obviously knew it wasn't there before going, it was disabled a couple of weeks before they went. A blatant taking the p*ss here. I wouldn't even discuss it, I would delete the log and send them an email explaining why. Quote Link to comment
The Northumbrian
Delete the log, I had this happen to me on a cache of mine that I archived. and the log said they were claiming it because they went to the place that it had been hidden at Nige Edited July 31, 2005 by The Northumbrian Quote Link to comment
