Earth Caches Not On Gc Maps

Earthcaches do not appear on GC.com maps, at least, not the two in my area.

There is supposed to be one at the crosshairs on this map, for instance. They also don't show up in the list of caches when I ask to identify the ones in an area.

Also, the red checkmarks on the maps haven't updated since at least June 18th. I am gradually getting the impression that these updates only happen when I complain about it here. perhaps I should do that more often!

That's odd. I did caches last weekend and they showed up yesterday.

Also, earthcaches not showing up (and CITOs not being identifiable) have been mentioned a couple of times.

I experienced the missing Earthcaches on maps as well. In May, I made a trip to Detroit area and stayed in Dearborn. The nearest cache to the Inn I was staying at is now an Earthcache. It deals with salt mining and apparently got appproved on the day I arrived, so I did not have any info on it in advance. During the week, I made use of the Map features several times to detail my short trips as time was available and not once did the Earthcache show up. I drove by the site at least a half dozen times and it also caught my curiosity, so was I surprised when I got home and logged my activity. Cleared a radius of 7 to 10 miles with an unfound Earthcache smack in the middle. Did not understand how I missed it and I could have been FTF. Glad to hear that it has been brought to the attention as a problem with the maps excluding some cache types.

I have finds from July 3rd (and earlier) that have had check marks updated recently.
