What Are These Instructions Telling Me To Do?

I received an email from the Geo.com web site indicating someone sent me a message without a return address. Part of the directions on how to respond are quoted below. I logged in and went to the only pages I could find that might fit the description of "my cache page". Did not seem to be correct. What exactly am I being directed to do?

On the left hand side of the geocaching.com web page, click on "My Account".

 

Once on that page, click "Find another player".

 

Type their username in the box and click GO.

 

Type your email message in the text box and click "Send message".

The menu on the left side of nearly all the geocaching webpages has a link to "My Account". This will take you to your "My cache page".

 

On that page, there is a link to " Find Another Player", which will allow you to send an e-mail to another.

Also the email should have had a link to the sender's profile page. Just click on that and then click on send a message.

Thanks. I know about clicking on "my account" to get to the page called "My Account Details". I had not used the "find another player" link before, but that works too.

 

Since the 'official' email from Geo.com said to go to a page called "my cache page", I thought there was another page with that title that I was missing. Guess not.
