+Ladyhawke91
Can anyone offer any advice on books or websites that would help me start to figure out these puzzle caches? I like puzzles (easy ones, mind you) but I want to challenge myself but I have no clue where to start. TIA Quote Link to comment
+EraSeek
No, not really. Puzzle caches are extremely diverse. Not too many of them are the same. That's the beauty of them. Just have to take them one by one. Some may be too tough for some and right for others depending on your area of interests and ablities. Others may be easy for all, or so obvious everyone misses it. +tirediron
If you are having real trouble, try contacting some of the 'cachers in your area and see if you can get together and get some assistance... Quote Link to comment
+reveritt
Most of the puzzle caches I have seen are solvable, given the information on the cache listing. Some (such as crypto caches) require that you find some outside source of information, but they usual tell you what to look for. If you are completely stumped, contact the cache owner via e-mail and ask for a hint. If the puzzle is too difficult, the cache owner needs to get some feedback. Good luck. Quote Link to comment
