+Awkward Socks
OK, I've been looking for the past two weeks and now I know it's gone. The Belt Clip Knob and Plug for my GPSmap 60CS have disappeared. I need the knob for the auto mount, and I don't know if I can get that by itself. Quote Link to comment
+leatherman
I saw a carabiner attachment for the Rino at REI. It had another knob in the package. The Rino knob looks just like the 60 knob. You would have to try it and see. Otherwise I've heard others say that Garmin just sent them another in the mail. Give them an email. Quote Link to comment
clintb
Call Garmin and request another. There were some posts that stated the knob was not tight enough from the factory; those folks got free replacements. I checked mine once it came out of the box. p.s. I'm lovin my 60CS. Accurate as all get out! Quote Link to comment
+Awkward Socks
That would be great to just get it from Garmin. I'll try that tomorrow. Thanks Quote Link to comment
speedy FFW
e.g. GPSCity does sell this as a seperate item: Garmin Belt Knob - GPSCity.com Quote Link to comment
+EtrexRose
Just to confirm it, Rino and 60c/cs belt knobs are exactely the same. Quote Link to comment
+Cabinwood
I had lost my 60CS knob within a week or so. I emailed Garmin asking where I could get another and they sent one out free of charge. I check mine now every time I use it! Quote Link to comment

+GeoVamp
I got a neck strap that belongs to a Rhino and it came with a new knob..plus the neck strap is real made well also and it work like it was made for the 60c....PLUS this if you use Locktite you will never be able to un screw the knob and if it breaks thats bad. +Desert_Warrior
PLUS this if you use Locktite you will never be able to un screw the knob and if it breaks thats bad. LOCKTITE 242 Comes apart with normal force. LOCKTITE 271 Requires HEAT to come apart. 242 WILL work. Of course, so will bubble gum! Quote Link to comment
+tickmagnet
Clear fingernail polish works, too. Quote Link to comment
