Deezul
Is there a way to edit someone's post when they log one of your caches? On one of my caches, there is a hint that I would like to encrypt or remove from the post. Thanks Sam Quote Link to comment
+CWL
Well you can't edit someone else's log, but you can e-mail the user and ask him to edit his log. I had someone that gave a ovious hint to the location of my cache even though I had a hint already. He had it encrypted but I didn't like it, it totaly gave it away. I e-mail him and asked him to remove it. He was ok with that and fixed his log. If that doesn't work for you, you can always permanently encrypt his log. That way no can read what he typed and it doen't take away his find. Beware once you permanently encrypt you can't uncrypt it. I'd try E-mailing the user first. Quote Link to comment
+SeventhSon
If it is your cache, when you are logged in, you should have the option to delete or permanently encrypt any or all of the logs. == If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you. == Quote Link to comment
+Shoebox
e-mail them. I think you will find other cachers very coorperative. I often notice photos attached on caches that show the exact hiding spot and when I suggest they list it as a "spoiler", they always fix it. Quote Link to comment

Deezul
I emailed the cacher and they fixed it no problem. I'm still learning the ropes here. Great bunch of people in this game! Sam Quote Link to comment
