+Leapin' Lizards
The Frog Calls For Assistance! Alas, M. Phibian, an independently-wealthy but (obviously) not very travel-smart frog, is lost somewhere in the great state of Florida. He's been loving the area but hasn't moved since last May. Only the famous FL humidity has kept him from turning into Baked Bullfrog. He's in a cache called Horseshoe Lake, at coordinates N 29° 29.534 W 081° 58.896. (His owners aren't very computer-savvy and are too lazy to research how to do those nifty link thingies.) Any Amphibious Rescue Units in the area? Poor M. came from the snowbound state of Oregon and the Leapin' Lizards cache team had high hopes for him, especially after his early island-hops! Many thanks -- Slyther and Slymed, of the Leapin' Lizards cache crew Quote Link to comment
+GatoRx
Kinda strange that no one has visited the cache in so long... I'd go for it myself, but I'm not particularly close to the area at the moment. Have you tried e-mailing the cache owner? He's a nice guy, and might be willing to go pick your TB up and get him moving. Quote Link to comment
+Leapin' Lizards
Oh. Yeah. I guess we could do that, couldn't we? (What, take the marked trail?) We feel stoopid. Thanks for the remarkably good, why-didn't-we-think-of-that-like-months-ago suggestion! We'll crawl back under our hole now. Lizards' brains freeze when it snows. Obviously. Quote Link to comment
the federation
That is a very out of the way cache, if you don't have any luck getting the cache owner to pick the bug up for you within a week or so drop me an email and I am probably the next closest cacher to it. about 40 miles away but I will go by and pick it up for you all. does this bug have any paticular goal so I will know where to get him off to. the federation Quote Link to comment

+Leapin' Lizards
Cache owner says he's on his way through the area in a couple of weeks and will scoop up Mr. Phibian on the way past. This poor snorkel toad, who wants to visit scuba and snorkel spots all over the world (his owner is living vicariously through a travel bug until the untold riches start pouring in and he can follow TB's path), has been hibernating in the cache since last May. Hey, if you're stuck, a park in the great state of FL is the place to be stuck! Florida geocachers rock, almost as well as Oregon geocachers! Quote Link to comment
