+SBPhishy
Hypothetically speaking, if i purchased the Mapsend Topo would i be able to make a backup disk of the complete program? Has anyone successfully done this? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
+TotemLake
Backing up the whole program as in copying the CD? Hypothetically speaking, a CD burner comes to mind as I would hate to copy any program that's bigger than 1MB onto floppies. Legally speaking though, you would have to read the EULA to see if it was allowed to copy the copyrighted material for that purpose. Quote Link to comment
Clown Knife
Forget all the EULA crap. Go ahead and make the backup copy. It is a piece of cake. I made two backups, just in case. Peace! I have the 3.00b version and it is not copy protected in any way. Edited December 22, 2003 by Clown Knife Quote Link to comment
+Stunod
I had to make a copy, just to get it to work on my home PC. For some reason, my PC wouldn't read the CD...I kept getting errors. I took the software to work and it installed there just fine. So I burned a copy and took it home. Worked perfectly off the copies. Quote Link to comment
