Interplanetary caches?

Recommended Posts

One of the "unsung stories of the Space Age" is the stuff that gets put on spacecraft, both manned and unmanned, both with and without official sanction. There are famous things, like the Pioneer message, and obscure things like Technician X and the first man to Mars. (Sorry, no GPS coords available for either. icon_wink.gif

Anyone else know of any other space caches?

I've placed a cache on Io, the lava moon of Jupiter. It's a 35mm film canister painted blue. It contains oxygen, only about 3 cubic inches though, so don't waste it! Unfortunately, I used another cache service and a different datum.

Bonus points for knowing what HST is. Hehehe.
