mhdennis
Just an idea, I just got a new wireless phone with sprint. It has the pcs vision (in case you don't know, it allows internet accessibility) Has anyone ever tried to log on to the geoaching site with their phone? sprint has certain sites that are formatted especially for navigation on a their tiny phone screens. unfortunately geocaching.com isn't one of them. I wanted to try to use it to look up caches in the field instead of printing all of them out. I wonder if geocaching.com could work with sprint to make it an accessible site. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Do I need to breakdown and buy a pda? I think I'm going to get the premium membership anyway. EDIT...the WAP site seems to be dead now. No big loss... "Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand." mortonfox
Yes, I've used PCS Vision to call up cache pages on my cell phone before. It's possible to do that and the info is readable. You're more likely to have a problem with cell phone reception at most cache sites. Quote Link to comment
