+putt
Is there any way to completly erase all date (Maps,Waypoints etc) from my GPS? Quote Link to comment
+The Leprechauns
You could do a complete re-set of the unit, but why? When you load new maps it overwrites the existing maps. You can delete all the waypoints by pressing Find - Waypoints - By Name and then not entering any letters in the name, just press OK. Then press Menu. You will have the option to delete all waypoints, or just waypoints of a certain type (like, "Geocache" or "Geocache Found.") Of course, none of this is stated in the manual for the GPS V. x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x Next time, instead of getting married, I think I'll just find a woman I don't like and buy her a house. +Team Lyons
It sure would be nice to have that 128mb chip in my V. Too bad I'm dumb as a rock when it comes to computers or I'd try it. That and the fact that I don't have another $400 to spend on another unit if things go wrong Quote Link to comment
