+Col. Flagg Posted April 11 Posted April 11 So I have some TBs that have been missing for years(either the person holding it has not responded to me or the cache the TB ended up in is now archived). I wanted to put new ones out to replace them(since I know that there won't be doubles) but I can't figure out how to get it back into my inventory. I put in the code on a "grabbed from" log and it keeps saying the code is invalid for the TB. I did log into my husbands account to see if the code was wrong all together and I was able to grab the TB. I tried then to grab it from him and it keeps telling me the code is wrong even though its the same code I used to log it on my husbands account. Its not a big deal cause he can drop it(we are going to Scotland in a month and I wanted to release them over there), but I wanted to dip them in the caches I find in the mean time. Anyone else run into this? Thanks 1 Quote
+kunarion Posted April 11 Posted April 11 I can confirm this effect. Looks like a bug. I tried to grab a Missing TB, using copy/paste of the code from the Trackable's page, and got the error "The tracking code does not match for this trackable." I didn't test grabbing from someone else's account, but I tried "Move to last location", which moved the TB, but the OP error is still happening. 1 Quote
+kunarion Posted April 11 Posted April 11 (edited) There seems to be a similar bug now with Discover logs. See this thread where the OP said that the logs work within The App. I'm guessing it's a temporary glitch affecting several log types. Edited April 11 by kunarion 1 Quote
+kunarion Posted April 11 Posted April 11 I was just now able to grab my own Missing TB without issue. I did a typical Grab log again and it worked. https://coord.info/TB4881J Try it now. 1 Quote

I decided to try to log it on my cell phone and I was able to grab it. I wonder if it is an issue with my browser on my computer as it uses firefox and my phone uses chrome. Thanks though cause I wouldn't have thought to try it on my phone without this post. 1 Quote
