How to send a cache list and route from GSAK to geocaching.com list?

I searched, but got no results. So I load the caches I plan to find (or look for anyway!) into GSAK. A caching buddy asked me if I can generate a geocaching.com list of those caches. I confess I don't have a clue how to do it. Can anyone help?

1. Generate an empty bookmark list.

2. Download these two macros: AddToBmListWrapper.gsk, BookMarkFilterViaMacro.gsk

3. Userflag the to be listed caches.

4. Run the macro AddToBmListWrapper.gsk
