Disable the possibility to change time/date on an event

I would suggest that you disable the posibility to change time and/or date on events after they have been published as it's prohibited to do that whithout the consent of a reviewer.

 

And in the same time I would like you to add the possibility to post a reviewer note on an already published event if the event time/date has to be changed for some reason. That would be a great way to make a reviewer aware of the problem and then he/she can help out with the change (if possible).

Reviewers are not automatically notified when a Reviewer Note is posted to a cache page.  An email to the publishing Reviewer would be easier.
