Downloaded geocaches all appearing as question marks

I see mysteries, events, multis, EarthCaches, and at least one virtual in your screenshot, so it is more than question marks. Do you by chance have a filter set on your GPS?

I see another issue in your PQ setup. You have recently generated three overlapping PQs in southern Portugal, all of which have a 100 mile radius. The number of caches covered by your criteria vastly exceeds the limits of a PQ (which is capped at 1000 caches). There are around 10,718 caches in the three radii you have set up, but due to the overlaps and the PQ limitations, you are only getting 2,313 caches in your files. This means that your downloads are missing about 75% of what you might be expecting. I would work on splitting your PQs such that you are not exceeding this limit.

Moun10Bike you mention filters for geocaches. Where are these setup/changed?

My PQs do overlap to give the caches I need for my one week away from my computer while I'm away.

In the past this has always worked OK and overlapping caches are simply over-written rather than duplicated.

I have just deleted all PQs - added just one again and see the same result in a sample area. I'll update image from Garmin and from website.

I don't have an Oregon, but on my 67i I quickly access this by pressing Menu on the map screen and then selecting "Geocache Filter".

The issue is not the overlap in the GPS - yes, the device handles duplicates fine. What I'm trying to explain is that the criteria for your PQs are returning WAY more caches than they can hold. Your searches extend 100 miles, which cover many thousands of caches in that area. However, each PQ can only hold 1000, so they are dropping most of the caches you think you are getting. You may be standing on a cache but not know it because your PQ couldn't return the one at that location. Factor in that your radii overlap on top of this and you are only loading about 75% of the caches in the area you believe you have covered.
