Why do people put weird hints?😮‍💨

I'm new to Geocaching, and I saw that lot's of users make weird hints. The one that I saw today is this: "Yn hzoen hahv oenq ! Va gur funqr bs n sve gerr!"

Does it mean something? Or it's just gibberish??

Hints on the website are encrypted with ROT-13, a simple letter substitution cipher that shifts letters 13 places in the alphabet.

 

Above the hint section, there's a link you can use to decrypt that hint. Or, if you prefer, you can apply ROT-13 decoding yourself, which is why this key is also included next to the hint section:

A cache under  a park bench had the clue "Aqualung". knew immediately where to look. For the youngsters, the Jethro Tull song Aqualung had the line " sitting on a park bench, snots running down his nose"
