+Decrepit Posted May 31, 2024 Posted May 31, 2024 Have been getting 404 Error when trying to create a route for the past couple of weeks. Quote
wandrewlust Posted June 3, 2024 Posted June 3, 2024 We received your email and will troubleshoot with you via email - we are looking for screenshots and any information regarding the route itself (for example, the parameters set for location, distance, etc...) Quote
+Decrepit Posted June 7, 2024 Author Posted June 7, 2024 It happens whenever I click on the 'create a route' link from the 'create/edit a route' page. I have tried it on Chrome, edge, and on my phone. I've used the Wi-Fi at home as well as at the library and a couple other places with the same result. Attached is a screenshot of what I get. Quote
Moun10Bike Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 Can you post a screenshot showing the link you are clicking that is causing this error for you? I ask because unless I'm missing it, there is no "Create a Route" link on the "Create/Edit a Route" page. Quote
+GeoTrekker26 Posted June 8, 2024 Posted June 8, 2024 (edited) It appears you are clicking the link in the last paragraph “See detailed instructions on creating a route.” That is the only obvious way to get an /h (as in help.) in your url. You need to provide From and To locales and hit Search. edited for clarity Edited June 8, 2024 by GeoTrekker26 Quote
+Decrepit Posted June 28, 2024 Author Posted June 28, 2024 Solution was found. Apparently the only way to get to the destination was by ferry. If there isn't a bridge to get there, the program freaks out and doesn't know what to do. Reset the end point to where the ferry is and had no problems after that. 1 Quote
