+stevowert
Can you unarchive a cache when a friend of mine checked after I archived it and found it where it is supposed to be? Quote Link to comment
Keystone
If you archived a cache by mistake, write an email to your local Community Volunteer Reviewer through their profile page and ask them to review for possible unarchival. The answer will depend on the circumstances. First, the cache will be re-reviewed to make sure it meets the current Geocache Hiding Guidelines. This includes checking to see whether someone else hid a cache close by, because the spot taken by the archived cache was freed up. Also, the timing is relevant. If a CO archives a cache on Wednesday and it's found on Saturday, the case for unarchiving is much stronger than if someone came across the archived cache several years later. In contrast, if a cache page is archived by a Reviewer or a Lackey due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is not eligible for unarchival. 1 Quote Link to comment

Is it the one you archived right after publication before anyone found it? Just wondering. Quote Link to comment
