Geocaching age requirements?

I’ve been geocaching for about 5 months and Im still wondering, are there:

1. age restrictions to have your own geocaching account

2. Age restrictions to attend a geocaching event by yourself?

Im teen who isn’t able to drive yet and my geocaching community is ages 30-60

i want to attend events but is it allowed and will people not be happy with it?

I am not sure about age requirement for your own account but do not see why there would be restrictions on attending event . Getting to them may be a small problem to solve.

I asked the Help section for advice.

Here is the relevant section of the terms of use:

"1.3 Minors. Because of the nature of our services, which require a cellular data plan or GPS device and the ability to travel to various locations, our services are not directed toward anyone under the age of 16. Although individuals under 16 are welcome to use our services, their parents or guardians must own and manage their accounts. You must be 18 or older to post in the Geocaching Forums.
"If you are under the age of 18 but at least 16, you may only use our services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement."
