Adventure Lab Username Needs to be Changed

Hi! 

My caching partner OceanFree somehow ended up with the Adventure Lab name Oceanfree1 for her username. Is there any way to change her name to what her geocaching name is so that she gets credit for the adventure lab she does. 

My second question, is there any way for her to be able to get credit for the ones she completed under the incorrect username? 

She has completed quite a few, but just happened to notice her numbers did not change after completing a 10 stage one.

The user name and password should be the same for adventure labs and geocaching, so she should be able to just log in using Oceanfree and the associated password.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the adventure lab app records which lab stages have been visited with it, so once she logs in with her old user name and password, the lab stages she has already visited should be unlocked. She'd still need to put in the answers for each stage to get the finds, though.

How??? You have to choose a username and select a password and then use those to log in. 

What am I missing? Why didn't she just log in with her geocaching username?

And yes she can use the same phone to log in and answer the questions.

She was having problems logging in and it was shortly after Adventure Labs had begun.  Anyway, due to passwords not working unsure as to username etc, we somehow signed her in with another name. I honestly do not know how or why. But now it's been a few years and she started geocaching more and just noticed her numbers weren't changing after completing the labs. I figured out the problem, fixed it thanks to a friend and answers here.
