Website doesn't work well - September 22nd

Anybody else have a problem to read logs and logging geocaches now? Or problem to load list of owned or holded TB?

 

I am so disappointed and angry.

 

I run on coffein & insulin & roxette & geocaching ;-)

There were server issues overnight (Seattle time) which the HQ team has been busy fixing this morning.  They believe that everything is getting back to normal.  If anyone continues to experience troubles, consider logging out and logging back in.  If the problem persists, please continue reporting that in this thread.

I cannot search with a Region or a country Filter.

Slow issues seem to be gone, but I still can't change map views. There is another thread on that matter, but it hasn't had any official response yet. 

I have only been able to load the default geocaching map view for at least three days now. Logging out and in again made no change.

The "change map views" bug report and the "search by region" bug report appear to be unrelated to yesterday's server problems.  Yesterday's problems primarily impacted page loading speed and logging functionality.  If people are still having trouble loading logs or entering new logs since yesterday, this is the thread for you.

If there are forum moderation issues that members of the volunteer moderator team may have overlooked, community members can use the "Report this post" feature so that any forum rule violations can be addressed.

But, there is no problem with moderation, just a lack of response to concerns sent by email and on the forum.

Therefore keystone, a moderator, shouldn't be expected to respond to the other thread.

Not a moderator, agreed. It was a generic you. For anyone at Groundspeak. 
 

The issue appears to be resolved anyway.
