Microscopic popup for cookies

While browsing the site on an iphone the first thing that happens is that the page gets gray and a microscopic popup window appears top left. Very annoying because it is almost impossible to zoom in to click the correct button on the window. I have mentioned this before... it is an unfortunate effect as iphone user... nothing has happened though.

I also encounter this problem from time to time, but reloading the page usually fixes it for me.

Happens far too often. I'm on a Mac using the Safari browser and the cookies popup is minuscule. Example attached. It is so annoying to have to keep repeating my cookie choices.
