+kathysgeek
On an event page the 'Add to Calendar->Google' link creates an invalid location. It sets the location attribute to latitude longitude and then appends a coord.info uri. The latter part produces an invalid location on google calendar. Manually removing the coord.info URI allows it to work. Example: https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GCA8XD4_richmond-ky-parks-rec-1st-annual-geo-event Invalid link: http://www.google.com/calendar/event?action=TEMPLATE&text=Richmond KY Parks %26 Rec 1st Annual Geo Event&dates=20231021T123000Z/20231021T140000Z&details=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.geocaching.com%2Fgeocache%2FGCA8XD4&location=37.739867%2C -84.25995 (http%3A%2F%2Fcoord.info%2FGCA8XD4)&sprop=website: Manually fixed link: http://www.google.com/calendar/event?action=TEMPLATE&text=Richmond KY Parks %26 Rec 1st Annual Geo Event&dates=20231021T123000Z/20231021T140000Z&details=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.geocaching.com%2Fgeocache%2FGCA8XD4&location=37.739867%2C -84.25995&sprop=website: 1 Quote Link to comment
+Rampensau
I can only confirm the bug. In the location information a link to coord.info is inserted, which is unnecessary there, does not belong there and destroys the display of the location on a map. http://www.google.com/calendar/event?action=TEMPLATE&text=Lütten Klein - Die Ortsteile von Rostock (10)&dates=20230803T160000Z/20230803T170000Z&details=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.geocaching.com%2Fgeocache%2FGCAAQV2&location=54.138808%2C 12.049975 (http%3A%2F%2Fcoord.info%2FGCAAQV2)&sprop=website: Edited July 31, 2023 by Rampensau 1 Quote Link to comment
