Answering Virtuals with Android

So after editing a draft in the official.app, the app asks me if I care to send the answer to the co.  I compose the message and then send it.

 

It appears to send but a quick green blob flashes at the bottom with text  I cannot read.

 

What does that text say?

I don't have any way to test this but here is my wild guess: it tells you that you do not have to wait for a response, that you can go ahead and log the geocache. Maybe.
