Unable to Post Cache Finds

On my iOS Geocaching App, I am not able to post the logs of my finds.  It will only let me save a draft of my log, and then I am unable to change the draft to a post later.  This has happened on a number of caches.

This sometimes happens to me in the rural parts of my state, when I don't have cell service.

 

When you go to log a cache, is the DRAFT button "on"?

 

When you try to post the drafts, are you using the app "Drafts"? Or from the website?

I just tested it out on the IOS app and I had no trouble posting a log. It was just a note, but I'll try posting a Found It later today.

I occasionally, only recently, have this same issue. My work around is to copy my post. Kill the app and restart the app and paste my saved text and post.

 

Seems more random to me as the second time I'm able to submit.

 

I should add this happened to me twice in the past week, including today. Caching in urban area no issue with cell coverage. The Post button is white, as opposed to opaque,  and pressing post does nothing like it is not really there.

Thanks for surfacing this. We are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. In the meantime, the workaround is what MNTA posted: remove the app from memory and restart it.
