Becktracker
There are categories for bear statues, lion statues, dog statues, even insect sculptures and dinosaur statues. Where are the birds? Alls those statues of mighty eagles, wise owls and all other types of birds (excluding doves of peace, as they already have their own category). For inspiration, a photo of two storks I found in Schoonrewoerd: Quote Link to comment
+Alfouine
You can post these statues in figurative public sculpture category, no need to create a category for each kind of animals Always remember that is a mistake to take old categories as examples, we all have made this mistake For example we could create a category for horses not in fiberglass or only stone horse statue or wooden horses statues 2 1 Quote Link to comment

Becktracker
A lot of research has been done. I guess it's the same pitfall of some of my latest ideas. You see these approved categories and come up with something similar. Not to be disrespectful but I see the 'figurative' category as a short of safety net. If It can 't be accepted in a more narrowly defined category, I usually post of in figurative. Similar to independent diners. I like to have multiple options for my waymarks though. I see this bird category as an addition to the game and like to work with a groep who thinks similar. Quote Link to comment
Becktracker
Since then, another peer review has been passed which has given me more hope that my ideas are getting through. Quote Link to comment
